TAP Support for Information Technology Issues

As the Indiana economy evolves into a greater dependence on an IT infrastructure, TAP has increased its capability to respond to the issues faced by businesses, not-for-profits, governmental units, and communities.

Recent projects include:

  • Development and implementation of a Web-based registration system
  • Development of a networking plan for sharing an application across two different states
  • Evaluation and recommendation of software products
  • Completion of Web site usability study
  • Completion of server migration plan from Windows NT to Windows XP
  • Community planning for broadband infrastructure

Ed Sullivan
We are pleased to announce the addition of Ed Sullivan (shown at left), director of CITOnline at IUPUI, to the Technical Assistance Program. Ed has twenty years of successful industry experience in a broad range of positions and assignments. His current area of specialization is Web-based application solutions. Through Ed and his colleagues at the West Lafayette campus, TAP can respond to most information technology issues.
